When preparing a booking, your name, date, time, party size, telephone number and any notes you choose to include may be processed. The purpose is to respond, manage the booking and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking requested pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, your consent for additional information you provide.
3. How the form works
The form does not send or store data on this website: it prepares a message that you choose to send through WhatsApp. When WhatsApp opens, processing is also subject to Meta/WhatsApp terms and policies. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data; for allergies or intolerances, provide only what is essential for your care.
4. Retention and recipients
Communications are kept as long as needed to manage the booking and address legal responsibilities. Data is not sold or shared for marketing. Necessary communication and hosting providers may be involved under their respective terms and safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent where applicable by emailing the address above and identifying your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
6. Children and security
Children under 14 should not provide data without a legal guardian's authorisation. Reasonable safeguards are applied, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
